Pull head to side until stretch
is felt. Repeat to other side.
SHOULDER STRETCH
Pull arm across chest until stretch is felt.
TRICEP STRETCH
Pull elbow behind head until stretch is felt. Repeat to other
side.
CHEST STRETCH
Place arm along wall and turn body away. Hold until stretch
is felt. Repeat on the other side.
UPPER BACK STRETCH
Lean forward grab a stationary object and pull until the stretch
is felt in the upper back.
STANDING QUADRICEP STRETCH
Pull heel toward buttocks until a stretch is felt in front of
the thigh. Repeat on the other side.
QUADRICEP STRETCH
Press your foot against ball and lean back till you feel the
stretch in the front of your thigh. Repeat on the other side.
HAMSTRING STRETCH
With your foot on a chair or stool, lean forward until stretch
is felt. Place foot on a higher plane for more of a stretch.
HIP AND LOWER BACK STRETCH
From the position shown, pull knee across body toward the opposite
shoulder until stretch is felt. Repeat to the other side.
LOWER BACK/HIP/OBLIQUE STRETCH
Keeping the shoulder blades flat on the floor, pull the upper
leg towards the floor until stretch is felt in lower back, hip,
and oblique. Repeat to the other side.
HIP/ GLUTE STRETCH
From kneeling position, step behind the opposite leg, and slide
leg back till stretch is felt. Repeat on the other side.
