On Line Training
All you need to do is first decide which Personal training program best suits your needs, then complete the Assessment Questionnaire, submit your payment details, and we will take it from there.

Totally Fit has 6 goal categories. Your personal training program is developed in line with your chosen goals. You can progress through the various categories depending on your goals and ambitions.

Getting Fit:
Currently don't have a fitness program
Have no recreational activities
I have not done any physical form of activity in 6 months or more

This program is designed for those who are beginning a fitness program for the first time, or have not been following a fitness program for some time. This program is designed to introduce to an exercise program at a level of which your body can easily manage.

Staying Fit:
You are involved in a recreational activity at least twice a week already
You have been doing a fitness program for at least 3 months
You are able to run 3km

This is a progression from Getting Fit, this second stage program focuses on reaching your personal health and fitness goals. The focus is more towards firmer muscle tone and generally be fit and healthy.

Totally Fit:
You train twice a week already
You enjoy other recreational activities on top of your physical training
You are able to run 5 km

This program is for those who currently embark on some sort of fitness program but would like to increase their level of fitness. They may become more competitive or training towards an event or goal.

Weight Loss:
You would like to lose 10lbs or more
Your clothes feel tight you would like a nutrition plan to help you with meal planning

This program is for those who wish to focus purely on weight loss and size reduction.

Sport Specific:
You are currently involved in a sport
You are training three times a week or more
You are goal oriented

This is for those who require a personal fitness program to achieve their goals for a particular sport or sports. Your program needs are more specific and your goals throughout the season and offseason will vary.

Extreme Fitness
You train five times a week already
You work towards your goals for your sport
You need special attention to reach those goals

This is a program designed for more competitive athletes whose goal is to be outstandingly competitive in their chosen sport

Now that you have chosen your level and goals please complete the following Assessment Questionnaire. Once you have completed this questionnaire, and submitted it to us, you will then be directed how to pay.
