My name is Cary Gordon,  I am a Personal Health Coach

Cary Gordon is a veteran in the fitness industry. With over 25 years of experience training, consulting and competing he brings a level of excellence to an age-old artform. As a trainer, coach, and superhero Cary has impacted hundreds of lives that have had a rippling effect. That is what makes him super – not his physique or fitness, but his hope to impact lives for the greater good.

Early Stages

Totally Fit was established in 1994 with a focus in Corporate Fitness Programs, Gym Design, In-home Training, Weight Loss, Sport Specific Training and Rehabilitation.

Career Start

Backed by a Kinesiology Study and Personal Training Certification, Cary developed a passion to see lives changed through healthy and active living. He’s been a trailblazer in the ever-changing fitness industry through his personal training and projects like helping establish the first CrossFit gym in Burlington.

Clients range from 14-88 with a variety of skills, physical abilities, emotional capacities and personalities, yet all with the same goal in mind… living life to the fullest!
